Construction of the Large Synoptic Survey Telescope (LSST) is accelerating, as the Project has now entered the integration phase and major assemblies are being delivered to Cerro Pachón. This Open House will focus on topics in which community input is needed, such as: planning LSST’s observing strategy, preparing for the distribution of alerts to community brokers, and developing educational and public outreach activities. We will highlight LSST's construction progress, and ongoing initiatives by the LSST Science Collaborations to prepare for delivering science with LSST. With first light now on the horizon the Operations team will update the community on preparations for Survey Operations including serving data during commissioning and the status of international partnerships.
